Ahoy- Nautical Inspired Fabric Just Arrived

Ok so lets just ignore the fact that it is meant to snow next week and drop below freezing. I am totally ready for spring. One of my favourite ways to style my wardrobe in warmer weather is with a nautical nod. Not only is blue and white really refreshing, it suits pretty much everybody and is always in fashion.

This AMAZING Terry Loop backed cotton jersey is so perfect for a spring sweater, try the Bowline from Papercut for a really fresh take on this look. I mean just look at the drape across the front.

Can you really have enough classic bretons in your wardrobe? Answer, no! And this Lightweight knitted jersey is perfect for your next one, I think the Maritime Tee from Liesl & Co ticks all the boxes.

I am totally crazy about this Dash Jersey. Available in either Navy or White it is just the right weight to make a dress out of. Tilly and the Buttons Coco pattern is the one I always recommend to beginner dressmakers wanting to take on a jersey project.

A wrap dress is a really easy to throw on garment that is perfect for so many occasions. The Olivia from Named patterns would look so good in this Blossom crepe ponte roma, with its pretty floral design and slightly rippled texture it is a really flattering fabric. Available in Navy or White.
